Shane was courteous, knowledgeable and quick. I have only had excellent service with this company since we started using them around 4 years ago. They service our RO system annually and with the occasional plumbing issue. Always very safe, trustworthy and reasonable. It’s that hard to find old school customer service that is becoming a rare thing.

Excellent product, they is installed kinetico chloramine treatment whole house filtration tank and it reduced total chlorine quite a bit (from 2.06 ppm down to 0.019 ppm) . I used Hanna instruments total chlorine ultra for testing. Really happy with the purchase and the whole process. Also affordable.
